New product 2023 from BIOLOGIST

For someone, the end of the year is a time for summing up, but for us at Biologist, it's a time to showcase new releases. We have three fantastic wines: Pershotvir White, Crisp Rosé Blend, and Red Blend, which expand our existing wine lineup.

Crisp Rosé Blend is a dry, unfiltered rosé wine. It boasts a vibrant aroma with notes of strawberry, lychee, and stone fruits. The taste is characterized by fruity-berry notes, pleasant acidity.

Pershotvir Whiteis a newcomer in our biodynamic wine collection. It offers a vibrant aroma with hints of meadow herbs, wildflowers, and gooseberry. The taste is light, refreshing, with a pleasing acidity. Crafted from organic grapes through spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast.

Red Blend is a dry red wine blend. It features a bright aroma with hints of cherry, blackcurrant, and raspberry. The taste is light, juicy, with silky tannins acidity.
