Created using the skin contact technique, also known as orange wine, it impresses with its unexpectedness.
The enchanting aroma intertwines notes of wildflowers, freshly mown hay, dried fruits, and quince.
In taste, it is complex, full-bodied, with bright spicy and smoky tones. The wine is crafted with wild yeast and undergoes spontaneous fermentation.
After fermentation stops, it is aged on the lees for 2 months to give it a unique character and depth of flavor.
The recommended wine temperature is - 14-16°C.
Perfectly harmonizes with smoked meats, refined cheeses, and fresh fruits.
