White dry blend biodynamic wine made from Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Traminer grape varieties.
Aged on lees in the bottle for at least 4 months, followed by disgorgement (removal of sediment).

The wine has a vibrant aroma with hints of meadow herbs, elderberry, and pickled fruits. The taste is light, refreshing with pleasant acidity.
It has a playful light aftertaste.

The "ancestral" method, when the wine is bottled at the end of fermentation, while the bottles are actually closed with "beer" caps.
Thus, the fermentation of carbon dioxide in the wine continues along with the fermentation of the yeast.
And the wine itself does not need the addition of sulfur, because it remains stable thanks to the carbon dioxide contained in it. In addition, it should be drunk young.

The recommended wine temperature is - 10-12°C.

 

The wine is well-combined with dishes: white braised meat, shrimp, fresh salads, and is delightful on its own
